MY WEEKEND IN SNAPS 2

Day 2 of my summer-y weekend! We went to Camaya Coast after church last Sunday and it was such a long, dizzying ride (well maybe because we had to arrive there by 11am and we left at 10:30 - it was supposed to be an hour long drive). We rode a boat for 30mins to the island and it was so beautiful. The first time we went there, it was about 3 years ago I think and it wasn't a nice experience. It was such a hassle getting there and the island was still open to the public (now it's exclusive for the members). There we so many people then! But now when we arrived, I was immediately hit by the beautiful view from the boat. The white sand, nipa huts, cozy seats - awwwww! BEAUTIFUL! :)

We were the last ones to try the banana boat. It was awesome! (Sorry for the crappy picture:|)

All in all, a very nice weekend getaway! It was a nice break from all my schoolwork and stuff. More to come! Keep reading :)

MY WEEKEND IN SNAPS 1

Hey guys! I just wanna share with you a few photos and snaps of my weekend getaway. This is the fifth time I've been to Las Casas Filipinas De Acuzar. You can see my other post about this place here. The first to third time I went here, then place wasn't that fully developed; just a few houses were fully furnished before. But now, almost all the houses are finished. They were building more actually. There was a bridge and a cathedral that were being built. I just love the ambiance whenever I go back here, and I am fortunate enough to be a member (because the membership fee is quite pricey). And I'm allowed to being 3 people here for free any time within a year. Here are some photos.

Sorry I wasn't able to take photos of the food because before I could sit down, they devoured the food. HAHA. I was able to take a picture of one dessert though but I had to wrestle my cousin for it. Haha.

Mother's Day

Sorry again for the long blog hiatus! I've been so bus with the last semester of school and finally I can say I'm gonna graduate on June! Yey! And seriously, even if I know that entering med school this school year would be hard cause of the new environment, adapting and all, I am excited! I already had my uniform made and will be buying med books tomorrow :) 2 more weeks or so and I'm there!

So for now, I just wanted to pay tribute to my mother who's always been there for me through thick and thin and has been my bestfriend and my best critic. Mom, I love you to bits! This is for you! :)
