*Speechless*

Can I just say, I am excited as ASDFGHJKL! :) Real words can't even describe it. We will have a long weekend starting tomorrow and I am psyched up for what's gonna happen. My classes are overflowing with free cuts and thank God I can go home early! I cannot tolerate the big holiday hassle of going home to the province this coming Saturday. All Saint's day is approaching soon and hundreds, even thousands of people are coming home to their provinces. And this will create cramming in the bus stations and even the airlines. So, to avoid it, I will go home to Bataan earlier than usual. And I am excited! :)

My Mom bought ingredients for me to bake on Saturday. Though it will obviously be laborious, it'll be all worth it! My "baking endeavor" is creating an ideal in my mind and also my parents'. We're planning to expand and start selling baked goodies! :) I think first, we're gonna buy a bigger oven, pans, baking materials and also learning new recipes. My first baked goody that my family and friends liked are my vanilla cupcakes. Then I worked on making profiteroles to which my mom and dad are addicted to. Haha. I also baked cookies and meringues. But now, I am planning to experiment more on profiteroles because making them is really cheap, only a few ingredients and you've got a delicious and versatile bread type mouthfuls that you can fill with anything. I've tried stuffing them with chocolate ganache, lemon cream chantilly and even egg salad. And so far, the feed back is good! :) On Saturday I'll be making lots so that i can bring my friends some :)

Here are a line-up of a few activities I am going to be in this coming weekend:

• Saturday: BAKE DAY. I'll be making lots and lots of baked goodies. Smores, cupcakes, cookies, profiteroles, you name it. I'll be making them for our family gathering on November 1, for our youth outing and for our reunion! Entirely laborious, but so worth it if they like them! :)
• Sunday: After church, we will have a little get together for the celebration of our overseas friend, Kuya Ryan. We're gonna have lunch in Max's Balanga, and it'll a reunion type of thing all together. I am gonna bring cupcakes! Hopefully everything will turn out fine :) I'm looking forward to it so much! I'm excited to talk with them and reminisce memories. Well, after that, me and my high school friends are also meeting up. We are going to watch a movie, chat and catch up. I haven't seen them for almost a year now so, yes, I AM EXCITED INDEED :)) Unfortunately, we'll only be together for a few hours because I need to go home at 5:30pm because we are going to Pearl of Morong beach resort  for beach/Halloween/bonding/early Christmas party. We are going to stay overnight. I'll be bringing profiteroles :)
• Monday: Whole day I'll be in Pearl of Morong beach resort. We are gonna play volleyball, eat, have fellowship, bond, and ultimately have fun! Finally making the most out of the long weekend :)
• Tuesday: All Saint's day. We're gonna visit my Lola Tonya's grave. Offer flowers and prayers and maybe visit my Lolo Felix's grave also. I think we're also gonna have a reunion. Well, as far as I know :)

My weekend will be jam-packed with activities! And of course every single one, I am looking forward to :) Then, I'll be back to school the next day. Yes, back to reality.
